Briana is originally from Houston where she attended the AVEDA Institute. Since moving to Austin seven years ago, she has continued her education through Wella and Davines apprenticeships. Color is her true passion which she focused on solely with a two year Wella training program. In addition, she is Brazilian Blowout and HotHeads Extensions certified. From balayage to vivid colors, she loves to blend beauty with bold.

After graduating from Minneapolis’ Aveda Institute in 1999, Erin began concentrating on the methodical art of hair extensions, earning a Jr. Stylist position with the city’s specialist extensions salon, Extension Generation. Erin's experience there led her to a teaching post, instructing student stylists at Eufora International in San Diego, quickly earning a promotion as assistant to the company’s VP of Development.

Erin relocated to Austin, Texas in 2004, establishing herself in some of the city’s most lauded salons, happily landing at Salon Be in 2014.

In her near-20 years’ experience, she has collaborated with esteemed fashion brands including Betsey Johnson, Vera Wang and J Crew. Erin's styling has been featured in Elle Italia and Austin Monthly, and she has worked New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on several occasions. Erin is an Austin-area Gold Key educator for Kevin Murphy, training student stylists in the brand's latest products and techniques. At Salon Be, Erin specializes in Great Lengths and Hotheads Extensions, as well as modern cuts and radiant color.

Behind the chair, Erin is dedicated to forging a creative, collaborative rapport with her clients, whose satisfaction remains her priority. Working alongside the talented team of stylists there inspires Erin to always be reaching toward the next level, motivating her to sharpen and share her skills for years to come. Erin thrives on the current and cutting-edge, seeking fresh inspiration every day. When clients leave Erin's chair, she wants them feeling totally glamorous.
